Body Well 8 Week Session $249 • 17 visits • Welcome to our Body Well 8 Week Session. Starts January 13th 2025! Classes on Tuesdays & Fridays at 6:15am.

Body Well® empowers you to grow past what you thought was possible. This 8-week mom-only program includes weekly workouts, group accountability, nutritional guidance, recipes, and weekly challenges to help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This transformational program is customized for you by setting your goals, tracking your habits, and working with your coach. Find the extra motivation you need in this small group setting within FIT4MOM’s motherhood sisterhood.

ONCE A WEEK MEMBERSHIP $32 every month • 1 visit per Week • Attend one class a week (Strides or Boost) at any FIT4MOM Cache Valley location. There is a one-time $20 registration fee (the fee is waived if you sign up on your first day!), which includes your own resistance band.
LITE MEMBERSHIP $44 every month • 2 visits per Week • Attend two classes classes a week (Strides or Boost) at any FIT4MOM Cache Valley location. There is a one-time $20 registration fee (the fee is waived if you sign up on your first day!), which includes your own resistance band.
PREMIUM MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP $49 every month • 3 visits per Week • Choose three classes a week (Strides or Boost) at any location with this membership. There is a one-time $20 registration fee (the fee is waived if you sign up on your first day!), which includes your own resistance band.
Black Friday 3 MONTH MEMBERSHIP $49 every month • 5 visits per Week • Choose unlimited classes (Strides or Boost) at any location for 3 months with this membership. Will go from January-March 2025. Sign up for this plan during our Black Friday sale and get the rest of the year in 2024 free!
