ONCE A WEEK MEMBERSHIP $32 every month • 1 visit per Week • Attend one class a week (Strides or Boost) at any FIT4MOM Cache Valley location. There is a one-time $20 registration fee (the fee is waived if you sign up on your first day!), which includes your own resistance band.
LITE MEMBERSHIP $44 every month • 2 visits per Week • Attend two classes classes a week (Strides or Boost) at any FIT4MOM Cache Valley location. There is a one-time $20 registration fee (the fee is waived if you sign up on your first day!), which includes your own resistance band.

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities, and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful and energized! No more mama guilt! This class is all about self-care in a supportive and encouraging environment. When you come to class, please bring your stroller, water, a yoga mat (or a towel), and anything your kiddo needs (snacks, toys, blankets, baby carrier etc.).
